I rented from amazon and the book was in very good condition. Every discussion first addresses the business needs and then addresses the technology th Overview: Good Canadian textbook with good examples and case studies. I will say that the authors do provide good Management Information Systems information and break out the processes in a way that is easier understand and then eventually put into practice in the real business world.
