It got me wondering: Still I feel this book deserves attention. A life-changing series for anyone who wants to know God better and understand the fast approaching great and awesome day of the Lord.
As a Christian myself, I was able to appreciate the origins of the story and the faith that these events could truly happen. People who like pain. The remaining Global Community forces and Carpathia loyalists bearing the Mark of the Beast are killed simultaneously by the Word of God and the Global Community is finally dissolved.
The problem is for the first time in gloeious series, LaHaye fumbles things completely. The End of Days: Jul 19, Kayla Rhein rated it liked it Shelves: Jesus is speaking in my language!
It was more of a lack of creative ways to make a story line progress. Jesus banishes all those who still haven’t accepted him as their saviour to Hell before resurrecting the dead Tribulation Saints and Old Testament saints before giving all of them their rewards. There are a billion things I would rather do than to read this book or this series again, such as: The Mount of Olives splitting also ushers in the largest Global Earthquake ever felt, completely flattening the world and causing Jerusalem to rise more than three hundred feet.
We appreciate your feedback. Other books in the series. I understand Jesus and the angels speaking in scripture but every character appeairng every question with scripture got beyond resonable. Books in Motion Availability: To leave you on an interesting note I remember feeling comfort the day I finished this book. I think the authors missed the money they were making so they continued the saga for as long as possible.

What should have taken 4 sentence took pages. Also the very final scenes with our characters in the Trbulation Force seems so cheesy it’s not worthy of their send off. This must explain the Quiverful movement.
I think I’m done with these books. Viv Ivins is killed by a large hailstone crushing her before Nicolae and Leon escape the rising swamp of blood and gore of the fallen Global Community troops and make for Jerusalem in a Humvee. The times where the Lord is speaking to the saints brought me to tears. This series is, after all, the ultimate revenge fantasy.

Additionally, if I may paraphrase a friend of mine, this installment is “obnoxiously Evangelical. Almost static, I’d say. I read the entire series and I think it could have been consolidated into about half of what it was and made a much more solid story. Or, get it for Kobo Super Points! Because he is a God of mercy. I’ve talked to a few non-Christians who’ve read this series and they enjoyed the “science fiction” aspect of it.
